The first step is simply reaching out. You are welcome to visit the school premises in person during school hours — our admissions team will receive you warmly and answer every question you have. If a visit is not immediately convenient, you can also contact us by phone or email to express your interest and receive initial guidance. We encourage every prospective family to visit at least once before completing an application, so you can see the environment, meet the staff, and feel confident in your decision.
Once you are ready to proceed, visit the school office to collect the official admissions form. The form covers your child’s basic personal details, educational background where applicable, and your contact information as a parent or guardian. Please complete all sections carefully and legibly. If any section does not apply to your child’s situation, our admissions staff are available to guide you through it. Completed forms should be returned to the school office along with all required supporting documents.
Along with your completed application form, you will need to submit your child’s birth certificate or age declaration as proof of age, two recent passport photographs of the child, and an up-to-date immunisation card for children applying for Nursery admission. If your child is transferring from another school into any class from Basic 1 upward, please also include their most recent school report or result sheet. All documents should be submitted as originals accompanied by photocopies. The school will retain the copies and return your originals.
Pupils applying for Basic 1 and above will be invited for a brief and informal readiness assessment. This is not a high-pressure examination and is not designed to exclude any child. Rather, it is a gentle, structured activity session that allows our teachers to understand where your child currently is — their familiarity with letters, numbers, and basic communication — so we can place them in the class where they will thrive most comfortably. Parents are welcome to be present. The session typically takes no longer than thirty minutes and is conducted in a calm, encouraging atmosphere.
Once your application has been reviewed and a place confirmed for your child, you will receive a formal offer letter from the school. This letter will include your child’s assigned class, the current school fee structure for that level, the resumption date, the approved school uniform requirements, and a list of items your child will need for their first day. Payment of the acceptance fee confirms your child’s place and completes the enrolment process. We recommend completing this step promptly as spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
School fees at Divine Academy Schools are structured to reflect the quality of education we provide while remaining accessible to families in our community. A full and transparent breakdown of fees by class level is provided upon confirmation of admission and covers tuition, learning materials, and core school activities for the term.

Divine Academy Schools admits children from the age of three upward. Our Nursery arm begins with Nursery 1 for children between three and four years old, and Nursery 2 for children between four and five. Pupils then progress through our Primary arm from Basic 1 through Basic 6, covering ages five through twelve.
Beyond Primary, Divine Academy Schools also runs a full Secondary arm. We admit students into Junior Secondary School from JSS1 through JSS3, and Senior Secondary School from SS1 through SS3, taking students through to their WAEC and NECO examinations and beyond.
Nursery admissions are open every new term. Primary and Secondary admissions are primarily processed at the start of each new academic session, though mid-session admissions are considered on a case-by-case basis subject to class availability. Admission into Basic 6, JSS3, and SS3 is reviewed individually given the examination commitments attached to those classes.
